All site content, trademarks, and materials are owned by wecleeq or our licensors. Subject to full payment and the SOW, rights to project deliverables are assigned as specified therein.

4. Payments & Taxes

Fees are due as agreed. Late payments may incur delays or suspension. Client is responsible for taxes unless otherwise stated.

5. Warranties & Disclaimers

Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all implied warranties to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, wecleeq is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to amounts paid for the applicable services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate per the SOW or for material breach with notice and opportunity to cure.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction specified in the SOW. Absent a specification, they are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of the provider’s principal office, without regard to conflicts principles.

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
